My journey

I grew up in the south of Brazil with an intense love for ballet. On my 15th birthday, I moved to NYC alone to join the prestigious School of American Ballet. Learning a new language and culture was one of the many challenges in following my dream of becoming a ballerina. What followed was a 16-year professional career right out of a "fairytale." My journey consisted of creating art at the highest level while enduring severe injuries, experiencing eating disorders, and navigating a competitive world where mental health was rarely a priority.

Through the ups and downs of choosing a life in a highly competitive field, I've always navigated back to a healthy way of living, even when my path pulled me away from it. Identifying and connecting myself to my core values allowed me to heal from painful past experiences and assisted me in living a more centered and fulfilling life.

I am an artist, a teacher to everyone who loves ballet, and a certified CTI (Co-Active Institute) Life Coach. My life journey has taught me that I have the power to help others. It is a great honor to be able to pass on my deep knowledge of ballet while teaching, mentoring, and staging works. And to devote my life to being together in action as a coach to dancers and athletes around the globe.
